With a Master’s in Business Analytics from Syracuse University, Katie meticulously tracks every detail of the farm’s operations, ensuring each growing season flourishes. Her love for nurturing plants and animals is matched only by the joy of watching her efforts come to life, connecting the community to the beauty of nature along the way.

With a wealth of knowledge about every corner of the farm, he expertly oversees our landscaping and garden design services while also tackling the heavy lifting that keeps our operations running smoothly. But Gary isn’t just a farmer; he’s our resident sales and marketing whiz, crafting delightful strategies to expand the farm further. He also has a passion for good food and hot coffee, due in part to his Long Island upbringing.
